December 21st is "E-Learning" Day
Posted on 12/11/2020

In order to help ensure a safe holiday season for our students and staff, and to allow enough time to complete contact tracing measures, Colleton County School District will consider Monday, December 21 an “e-learning day.”

The December 21 school day will change as follows:

  • December 21 will be a remote learning day for all students. Blended AA students will receive eight days of meals (covering Dec. 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25) on Tuesday, December 15. Blended BB students will receive five days of meals (covering Dec. 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25) on Friday, December 18. Parents need to meet the buses at dismissal time to help their children carry the much heavier bags on these days. Virtual students can pick up five days of meals (covering Dec. 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25) from their schools on Friday, December 18 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • All staff will report to their work locations on December 21, and perform their regular job duties from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. All schools and offices will be closed after 12 p.m. on December 21, and will reopen on January 4.
Please contact your child’s school or the CCSD Offices (843-782-4510) if you have any questions or concerns.--
